July 11th, 2024: Updated 2024 budget has been posted! The HOA has made a change to the landscape vendor we use for the common areas! We believe the change will be better financially and appealing for all moving forward! MV LawnScapes will also manage the salt and snow plow during the winter months.
November 3rd, 2023: September and October agenda minutes have been added. Please see in Agenda Minutes below. The board will be focusing on past due HOA balances and resolving the violations received by the state inspection.
September 20th, 2023: We are excited to announce that we will be filling pot holes throughout the community on Monday, September 25th. We understand the importance and safety of installing speed bumps but due to budget concerns, we have decided to wait till Spring 2024 for install. We appreciate your patience during this time!
July 12th, 2023: The 2023 Amendment has been recorded with Preble Co. Please see in Archives below.
June 28th, 2023: The 2023 Amendment was passed with 65% of the land owners vote. The Amendment will be in full force once filed with the Preble County Recorders office. Heather Smith has won the majority vote to serve as the 3rd member to serve on the Board of Trustees. The Board looks forward to executing its original plans of updating and maintaining Quail Creek.
May 29th, 2023: Robin Arcuragi has decided to step down as Vice President of the Homeowners Association. The current board will seek legal advice on how and when to vote for a new trustee.
April 17, 2023: All landowners of Quail Creek should be receiving a notice this week on the upcoming HOA meeting: Tuesday, May 16th, 6:00pm @ Ron's Pizza. Details below in Notices. Please be in attendance as well will be voting for a new Amendment.
March 7, 2023: The HOA board is working on a better form of communication to all landowners in Quail Creek. We will be moving to a software that will be able to provide email and text alerts. We ask for your help during this time as we would like to confirm all contact information currently on file. More information to come!
March 1, 2023: We have postponed our annual HOA meeting for now. A notice will be sent out to all landowners once a new date is scheduled.
February 26, 2023: The HOA Board is aware of the letter that was handed out in the community in regards to the current HOA Bylaws and 2020 Amendment. The board is seeking legal advice to learn more about this documentation that was established by previous board members and owners. We will be in touch with everyone once we have more information.
